Learn practical strategies and tools to say “I COUNT” without dropping the ball.

As a burned out people-pleaser, you have strong values and are committed to going the extra mile. You genuinely care about your relationships, work, and community, and you want the best for everyone. But behind the scenes, you are disappearing, burning out, and unable to even identify your own needs – much less prioritize them!

You’re caught in the trap of putting others’ needs and wants first, regardless of the cost to yourself. Your high capacity has you believe that because you CAN do it, you SHOULD do it. The stakes feel too high to focus on your own needs when there are simply more important things...

Yet by not including yourself at the table as equally important to everyone else, you run yourself into the ground. Worse, you teach those around you—whether it’s colleagues, your partner, or your kids—that your needs don’t matter and that you’ll always be the one to carry the load.

You know you can’t give from an empty cup. So, you beat yourself up for saying yes, explode and cancel everything, or isolate. It’s easier to be alone,  disconnected, and without support than to say “I count. This is what I need.”

What if you could include yourself as equally important, not more or less than anyone else?

By including yourself in your priorities you can give it your all, be fully invested in what you care about, and maintain your responsibilities and passions— without burning out!!

You can create a sustainable life for yourself, and those you are invested in, where success doesn’t come at the cost of your well-being.

We’ll explore:
