Andrew Louisy
Andrew Louisy

For over 35 years Andrew Louisy has helped clients to recreate their lives and health, empowering them as healers and building a healing community along the way.  He works body/mind/spirit to guide clients beyond their perceived limitations and challenges them to rise to their highest potential.

Andrew has trained with renowned healers in Saint Lucia, Thailand, and beyond, and seamlessly blends traditional and Western approaches for multi-dimensional healing customized to the individual. He has worked with street people and Hollywood stars alike, and maintains a humble acceptance of humanity's futile habits.

Andrew is known for his ability to intuitively read patterned realities that a client might not be aware of. He guides them to imagine a reality of who they are in their highest potential, and he mirrors their dark back to them so they can understand the consequences of their choices.

Erin Kapela
Erin Kapela

Erin Kapela, Registered Clinical Counsellor, believes that authenticity, vulnerability, and gratitude are integral to long-term stability. With unconditional positive regard and humour, Erin guides clients through personal, professional, and family struggles. Erin offers counselling for adults, children, and youth, as well as group counselling,  psycho-educational workshops, and provides ongoing support to the Time To Heal therapeutic community.

Erin is the lead instructor for the Spirit First Workshop Series and has been working with Time To Heal founder, Andrew Louisy, since 2009. She is grateful to have the workshops as a personal and professional foundation for life. In couples and family counselling her focus is to support the best outcome for the children, guiding co-parenting and parents' personal growth through challenging situations, with the goal of helping families maintain long-term stability and peace.

Erin's therapeutic framework is grounded in the values of intergenerational healing, community-building, accountability, courage, and dignity. Dignity-informed care calls us to go beyond the acknowledgement of trauma and harm and instead centre the dignity of people within the fullness of who they are, where they come from, and the path they are walking. Erin also draws from the therapeutic modalities of: Family systems, Response-Based Practice, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Erin's training comes from universities, seminars, and on the job training with traditional healers, Elders, knowledge keepers, and mental health clinicians, as well front-line outreach and harm reduction work with marginalized community members. Erin walks with an awareness of the ongoing struggles related to systemic and colonial oppression and holds holistic view of the human experience that includes physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental ways of knowing and being.

Erin thrives on the energy of a home filled with loving connection. In a spare moment you will find her at home baking allergy-friendly goodies for her children or you won't find her at all – she'll be away camping. Erin strives to show up authenticity and vulnerability in all of her relationships and believes that gratitude is essential for long-term stability and wellness.
